The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting quotes under Solicitation No. RFQ 786-175-04 for the following services: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material, and supplies necessary for the inscription of decedent data on blank granite niche covers for the Massachusetts National Cemetery, *Off Connery Avenue*, Bourne, MA 02532, from the date of contract award through September 30, 2004 (base period) with up to four (4) 1-year options to extend the term of the contract through September 30, 2008. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawings, terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small businesses. The NAICS Code is 561990.
