NA The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, and equipment necessary to rpovide maintenance service to Government owned housing units in Natick, Needham, Wayland and Hudson Massachusetts as well as the Governemnt owned Barracks ( Building 15) located on Kansas Street, Natick, Massachusetts. This acquisition is one hundred per cent (100%) set aside for small business. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) for thsi procurment is 1521 and the small busin ess size is $17.0 million. The Government anticipates awarding a single firm fixed price IDIQ type contract for a base year and four option years. The solicitation is only available on our Web Site www3.natick.army.mil. The so licitation will be posted to our Web site on or about 1 October 2002. A site visit will be held on 15 October 2002.
