The Monongahela National Forest anticipates awarding a contract for the removal of approximately 1864 cubic yards of material resulting from a slide. In addition, work will include laying the slopes back and reshaping/cleaning the roadway and ditches. This work will take place on the Gauley Ranger District in Nicholas County, West Virginia. The Government Estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. There are 45 calendar days allowed for performance of the work.
