HOFU Boarding House Roof and Window Replacement, Hopewell Furnace National Historic Site, Elverson, PA The work includes all labor materials, bonds and insurance to successfully complete the removal of the existing wood shingle roof and all associated roof flashing and sheet metal work and the installation of a new wood shingle roof with associated roof flashing and sheet metal work. The work also includes the repair or replacement of the windows and their components. All work performed shall be within compliance of the Statement of Work (SOW).
