This project includes converting an existing bedroom and pantry into a new kitchen. A new pantry will be constructed, along with the addition of one bedroom and a laundry room. The bedroom windows will be replaced with windows that meet egress requirements. Optional items: 1) Two additional bedrooms to be constructed, and 2) A covered porch to be constructed. This project is being advertised under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to large and small businesses. NAICS code is 236220 and the Government's estimate is between $100,000 and $250,000. The Government contemplates award of a firm-fixed-price contract as a result of this solicitation.
