This project consists of removing an existing 910mm x 23.2m culvert, replacing it with a 2,440mm x 23.2m bedded fish passage culvert, placing rock fish rest stops in the outlet pool and inside the CMP. Log structures (3 upstream and 1 downstream) will be installed as stream gradient breaks. Riprap will be added to the outlet pool and existing aggregate will be salvaged and new aggregate added to the roadbed. The stream will be de-watered before and during any in-stream activities. The project is located on the Mapleton Ranger District, Siuslaw National Forest, Lane County, Oregon. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government-furnished), and incidentals to accomplish all work necessary. The Government estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. The successful offeror shall be required to submit a Payment Bond (100%) prior to start of work. Contract time is 25 calendar days.
