The Contractor shall provide all expertise, labor, supervision, services, equipment, tools, supplies, permits, licenses, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform Road Maintenance for the Monongahela National Forest in West Virginia. The roads are located throughout many counties within the Monongahela National Forest. The Monongahela National Forest consists of two zones for maintenance purposes. The North Zone consists of the Cheat, Greenbrier, and Potomac Districts. The South Zone consists of the Gauley, Marlinton, and White Sulphur Districts. The work consists of cleaning ditches, cleaning culverts, and smoothing and reshaping of forest roads. This solicitation is for one Base Year and four Option Years.
