Carpet & Flooring Provide labor, materials, transportation, supervision as required to perform various carpet, sheet goods and composition tile work, including but not limited to removal of existing floor finishes, preparation of sub floor surfaces, installation of carpet (rolled goods and tile), carpet pad, sheet goods (welded seam vinyl), composition tile and base. All work to be in compliance with codes and regulations in effect at the time of work. No work to be done without a completed safety plan or checklist approved by the LBNL safety offices and project manager. Refer to LBNL standards for relevant codes, regulations and standards. License TYPE C15 is required.
