The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is hereby issuing this synopsis entitled Request For Proposal (RFP) #0175302 for commercial services in accordance with FAR parts 12 and 15 for facilities maintenance support staff services. Interested parties shall be required to provide qualified employees in the positions of Site Supervisor, HVAC Mechanic, Carpenter, Plumber and/or Electrician for facilities maintenance services at the J.Edgar Hoover F.B.I. Building, located at 935 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, D.C. 20535. These support positions shall be provided to the FBI on an as needed basis, under the terms and conditions of a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity contract established as a result of this RFP. This synopsis is supplemented by a solicitation document which is found on the Internet at http://www.fedbizopps.gov under FBI RFP #0175302. The contractor's employees shall be subject to an FBI Background Investigation before access to the facility is permitted. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-16. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561210 with a size standard of $6.0 million. This RFP is intended to result in a contract for a term of one (1) year with four (4) one-year options.
