This is a Sources Sought for potential offerors to support the US Army Research Laboratory's (ARLs) Zahl Physical Sciences Laboratory (PSL) located in Adelphi, MD. This is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an Invitation for Bid (IFB) and does not serve to bind the U.S. Government in any way. Interested parties shall not be reimbursed for costs associated with preparation of their responses.

Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Belvoir (MICC-BEL) is conducting a market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 to identify potential firms that have the skills, experience, knowledge, and capabilities required to perform the following potential requirement:

Facilities, Maintenance and Repair Services (Daily Operations & Maintnenace) for the US Army Research Laboratory's (ARLs) Zahl Physical Sciences Laboratory (PSL) facility located in Adelphi, MD in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) titled "DRAFTZAHLPWS", which was synopized and uploaded to ASFI and FedBizOps on 10 November 2011.

Responses to this Sources Sought shall include:
