The work consists of removing and replacing four existing culverts; one Government furnished pipe arch, one contractor furnish multi-plate pipe arch, one contractor furnished multi-place arch with concrete footings and one optional contractor furnished culvert pipe. Work includes placing riprap, furnishing and placing crushed aggregate base course and asphalt surface course and asphalt surface course, fertilizing and mulching. Project price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. Estimated start work is July 1, 2003, and performance time is 60 calendar days.
