Work includes to install an elevator at the NE corner entry of Barracks at Building 6756 to support the Warriors in Transition Unit in accordance with design plans and specifications. Elevator will allow access to each of the three (3) floors of the building. Demolish the existing covered entry including columns and footings. Demolish existing vestibule with roof. Demolish existing concrete apron slab except to saw cut around and salvage the boot wash sump. Install a three (3) story modular hole l ess hydraulic elevator with a standing seam metal roof. Construct a concrete elevator lobby structure, elevator pit with sump and mechanical room foundation and floor slab with a standing seam metal roof over the lobby. Install a modular mechanical room with a standing seam metal roof. Construction a new concr3ete apron slab around new elevator. Regrade and reseed any disturbed areas. Contract type is a Firm Fixed Price. Period of performance is 180 calendar days. The estimated range for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Hub Zone Business Concerns. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, NAICS236220 for this acquisition the average annual receipts of concern and its affiliates for the pr eceding three fiscal years must not exceed $31.1 million.
