Provide and install transportation and supervision required to Rehab the Galley at USCG Station Duluth, Minnesota. Major Items of Work is: 1.1 Architectural. Remove flooring, ceiling, shelving, cabinets, countertops, equipment and appliances within Galley. 1.2 Mechanical. Remove existing range hood and exhaust fan and ductwork. 1.3 Field Verification of dimensions. Dimensions given are approximate. Contractor shall verify. 1.4 Electrical: Remove three disconnect switches and its wire and conduit. Replace receptacles with new GFCI recessed fluorescent luminaries. Provide and install new power and control wires. The NAICS Code for this project is 236220 with a size standard of $31.0. The prime contractor shall perform a minimum of 15% of the labor at the job site with employees from its own workforce. Contractors must be registered in ORCA under the NAICS Code of 236220 in order to be eligible to receive the award. The period of performance is 150 days. This procurement is estimated between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
