This opportunity is only available to Small Businesses. The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, Columbia-Pacific Northwest Region 9, has a requirement to dewater, remove, and dispose of river sediment at Makah National Fish Hatchery, Neah Bay, WA (Clallam County). This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. This will be a Firm Fixed Priced Contract and Award will be based on Lowest-Price Technically-Acceptable (LPTA).
The complete Solicitation will be posted to https://beta.sam.gov/ under Contract Opportunities and available on https://www.fedconnect.net/FedConnect/Default.htm public opportunities on or about April 20, 2020. Interested contractors must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management, www.sam.gov) and complete Online Representations and Certifications.
A pre-proposal site visit and instructions will be announced with the solicitation. Please be advised that COVID-19 will likely have an impact on if a site visit can be held. Further information and instructions will be provided with the complete solicitation package.
The work will commence within 15 days of Notice to Proceed and onsite work must be completed between June 15, 2020 and August 31, 2020.
The NAICS code is 237990 ÿ Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction and the size standard is $39.5 million. The project magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000.
