This project is to provide all design, material, testing and labor for removal and disposal of existing 5000 KVA transformer (Serial # 44207) and replacement with a new 7500 KVA transformer in substation 850 and incidental related work. New transform er shall be compatible with existing electrical system. Existing transformer foundation may be reused if deemed satisfactory for size and load of new transformer. New transformer shall match the color of existing substation equipment. Prospective vendors must be actively registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) System. Further information on registering with CCR may be obtained at website http://www.ccr.gov. Note: I anticipate the release date for the solicitation to be 2 August 2006.
