The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, and incidental supplies necessary for the demolition and removal of two existing toilet/shower buildings and the construction of two new toilet/shower buildings for the Hoosier National Forest in Indiana. One building is at the Hardin Ridge Recreation Area located between Bloomington and Bedford, Indiana, in Monroe County. The other building is at the Tipsaw Recreation Area located between Tell City and Interstate 64, Indiana, in Perry County. The project for both buildings includes, but is not limited to the following work: 1) demolition and removal of an existing toilet and shower building of approximately 450 square feet, 2) construction of a toilet and shower building of approximately 1,178 square feet, 3) utility connections to new building, and 4) miscellaneous site and finishing work.
