Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to demolish and replace Davidson Rock Light(LLNR 19325) WA. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: (a) Demolish and remove the existing Davidson Rock LT, which consists of a concrete pile supported concrete superstructure mounted on a 17 –foot diameter by 12-foot high concrete foundation. The foundation was cast on the existing rock ledge located approximately 11-feet below mean lower low water (MLLW); (b) Fabricate and install a new rock anchor supported 18-inch diameter monopole structure with a 7 ft x 7 ft aluminum work platform, lantern stand,m and ladder. The new structure will be fixed to existing rock ledge using a 312,000 pound capacity rock anchor which will be sleeved by the 18-inch diameter steel pipe pile and filled with concrete to bind the steel pile and rock anchor together. All ATON equipment for the new aid will be furnished and installed by the U.S. Coast Guard; (d) All aid-to-navigation (ATON) equipment removed from the existing aid shall be returned to USCGC Henry Blake personnel, either on scene or at their homeport.
