Forest Service requires the upgrade of five trailheads and two interpretive sites along the Custer Motorway. Work includes, but is not limited to, constructing, filling, shaping and placing aggregate surfacing at trail heads and interpretive sites, barrier rock installation, fencing, clearing and grubbing, road and trail obliteration, installation of signs, hitching rails, fire rings, and one vault toilet. The project is located on the Yankee Fork Ranger District, Salmon-Challis National Forest, Custer County, Idaho. The completion date for this project will be November 1, 2006. Work is estimated to start May of 2006. Proposals are due at 3:00 p.m. MST, September 8, 2005. The estimated price range is $100,000 to $250,000.
