The U. S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, Southern Plains Area has a project for correcting basement water/infiltration erosion problems at the Southern Plains Agricultural Research Center in College Station, Texas. The work includes but is not limited to: furnishing all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other necessary work to provide new perimeter steel sheetpiles and concrete bulkheads, as well as regrading underfloor basement areas to correct drainage problems. There is also an add alternate to include,but not limited to extending a wall, sealing all piping penetration identified, removal and replacement of stairs and sidewalks. All work to be in accordance with the specifications and drawings. Estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. The period of performance is 120 calendar days.
