Small Business concerns for this NAICS code have a size standard of $39.5M. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price construction contract. The period of performance of the contract is expected to be 180 calendar days after Notice to Proceed (inclusive of product lead time), with no options included. The anticipated Range of Magnitude for this project, in accordance with VAAR 836.204 is projected to be: Between $25,000 and $100,000.
