The U.S. Forest Service is considering whether or not to set aside an acquisition for HUBZone, Small Business concerns or Service-Disabled Veteran-owned Small Business concerns. The estimated maximum value of this procurement is between $100,000 and $500,000. The NAICS is 237990 with a small business size standard of less than $31.5M The acquisition is for an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity Performance Based-Services contract to provide trail maintenance services throughout the Brownstown Ranger District of the Hoosier National Forest. The performance period is for a base period of one-year and 4 one-year option periods. The acquisition is expected to be issued under full and open competition procedures. However, in accordance with (1) FAR 19.1305, if your firm is HUBZone certified, or (2) FAR 19.14: if your firm is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business; and intends to submit an offer on this acquisition, please respond by email to
