Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other resources necessary to complete this project. The work includes, but is not limited to Installing 35.4 miles of 230-kV double circuit transmission line with overhead optical ground wire (OPGW), and 4.4 miles of 115-kV transmission line; provide one 115-kV two-way disconnect switch; remove 35.9 miles of 115-kV wood H-frame transmission line for the Beaver Creek-Hoyt 230-kV double circuit and Beaver Creek-Big Sandy 115-kV Transmission Line Rebuild Project. The work is located in Morgan County, Colorado. The estimated magnitude of the project is greater than $10,000,000. The solicitation will be issued unrestricted (full and open competition). The National American Industry Classification Code is 237130 and the applicable size standard is $28.5 Million.
