Interested firms must be registered to perform construction work in the European community and meet the requisites of Italian Law 109 of 11 Feb 1994 and successful screening by the Italian Ministry of Defense. Firms wishing to participate are required to e-mail and fax their interest to the primary or alternate points of contacts so as to obtain preliminary approval from the Italian Ministry of Defense to be placed on the source list. MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: Between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. ENTITA? DEL PROGETTO: TRA $500,000.00 e $1,000,000.00. The scope of this project consists of the repair of approximately 900sq.mt of the existing Building #1380 including a new mezzanine of around 215sq.mt. The principal works include Architectural Work (Removal, Demolition, including removal roof asbestos cement panels including the polycarbonate panels, flashings, gutters and copings and New Work), Structural Work (repairs on the existing structural members and new mezzanine in the office area); Exterior Work (Removal, Demolition, and New Work), Mechanical Work (HVAC, Plumbing, New Work, Fire protection) Electrical Work (Removal, Demolition and New Work). Lo scopo del presente progetto consiste nella riparazione di circa 900 m2 dell'esistente Fabbricato #1380 inclusa la costruzione di un nuovo mezzanino di 215 m2 approssimativamente.
