Aguirre Springs Road - FY07: Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, material, equipment and supplies necessary for reconditioning and widening the Aguirre Springs access road and a one way loop shoulder to three feet and adding six inch depth of aggregate and or rip rap in locations. Work also includes cutting and grubbing vegetation from shoulders and around culverts, clearing soil and debris out of 24 inch corrugated culverts and three 48 inch concrete culverts, and construction of 10 wire and rip rap headers for corrugated culverts. The project is located in Dona Ana County, New Mexico. This project is a 100% HUBZone set-aside. The estimated price range is between 100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The anticipated period of performance is 60 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bonds will be required as follows: Bid Guarantee - 20% of the bid price, Payment and Performance bonds - 100% of the contract price.
