This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Army, Directorate of Public Works at Yakima Training Center, Yakima, WA, has a requirement for recycling services and intends to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for a 3-year term, and issue subsequent call orders thereunder.
This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes using Low Priced- Technically Acceptable selection procedure. A Blanket Purchase Agreement will be awarded as a result. Quoters shall consider the information including in all solicitation attachments, and shall submit responses in accordance with these instructions. To be considered responsive, quoters shall submit completed Schedule of Services-Prices and quote Recent and Relevant Experience Reference Sheet. Failure to provide these documents by the date and time set for responses may result in the quote being considered non-responsive and ineligible for further consideration.
Quoters shall submit responses via email to both Jason McCormick, purchasing agent, and Reece Hockstedler, contracting officer, at the following addresses: [email protected] and [email protected], no later than the 12:00 noon Pacific Time on the due date set for responses. Questions regarding this solicitation shall be directed to the contract specialist and contracting officer via email to the addresses above, preferably no later than three (3) business days prior to the due date for questions received later may not provide sufficient time for adequate response, and the government reserves the right to proceed to close the solicitation on schedule regardless.
