This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. Location of performance will be at the 171st ARW of the PA Air National Guard, Coraopolis (Pittsburgh) PA.

Quotes for this solicitation shall be submitted using the attached Quote Sheet - RFQ - 171ARW_YRRP 1 Jun 19 file, as well as a Pricing Worksheet of the vendor's choosing.  Pricing Worksheet must show at minimum a single firm-fixed price, broken out by Guest Rooms, Meals, and other charges. Quotes will be evaluated on technical acceptability and lowest price.

Questions from vendors to Contracting Office due: 9 May, 2019 at 12:00 PM EST.
Questions will be addressed no later than: 10 May, 2019 at 12:00 PM EST.
Quotations due no later than 13 May, 2019 at 3:00 PM EST.

It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure the quote and questions is received by 171st Contracting Office on time.
