Requirement for hotel rooms, conference space, A/V equipment rental, and meals for a Yellow Ribbon Program event in Sarasota, Florida with an anticipated 50 rooms needed for Friday, 22 October and 20 rooms needed for Saturday, 23 October. Final count will be finalized on 8 October COB, and any necessary adjustments will be made at that time. All convention space must be available for exclusive use from 5pm on Friday, 22 October 2021 until 2pm Saturday, 23 October 2021. A site visit of offered hotel/conference facilities may be required prior to award of contract.
