The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this project including interested Small Business sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond.

The 106th Rescue Wing of the New York Air National Guard, Francis S. Gabreski ANG, Westhampton Beach, New York, may issue a solicitation and award of a contract for a Yellow Ribbon Event, subject to availability of funds.

The requirement will be for a Yellow Ribbon Event in a 15 mile radius of Francis S. Gabreski Air National Guard Base, Westhampton Beach, NY, 11978-1201 and 15 miles of an emergency medical hospital.

The event will be conducted on 21 October 2017
-1 night of lodging for 20-30 individuals for the night of 20 October 2017
-7 conference rooms with one main room to seat 150-200 people
-Audio/video equipment setup
-WiFi
-2 meals (breakfast & lunch) plus 2 snack periods

North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this acquisition is 721110. Small Business Size Standard for this acquisition is $32.5 Million.
All interested Small Business concerns will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intention to submit a proposal as a prime contractor no later than 20 September 2017. This notification, which shall not exceed five typewritten pages, must include a positive statement of intent to provide a proposal as a prime contractor. Prior Government contract work is not required for submitting a response under the sources sought synopsis.

In the event adequate small business contractors are not available for adequate competition for this project, it will be advertised as unrestricted. Information shall be provided via email to: [email protected] . No facsimile responses will be honored.
