Proposals shall be submitted on the forms provided in the proposal. It is the sole responsibility of the Vendor to deliver the proposal on time to the District at the above location prior to 2:00 pm on the day of opening. The District is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail. Postage due submissions will be rejected. Late proposals will not be accepted and will be returned to Vendor unopened. The District will not accept bids that are sent electronically, via fax, or email. The District encourages the participation of minority and women owned business enter prises in this proposal. The District reserves the right to accept any proposal it deems most favorable to the interests of the District's schools. It also reserves the right to waive any infor malities and irregularities and reject any and/or all proposals or any portion of any proposal submitted which in their opinion is not in the best interest of the District's schools.
