The Southeast Regional Maintenance Center is issuing this Sources Sought as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having interest in and the resources to support the upcoming repairs on a DRY DOCKING Evolution with the YD 251 Barge currently on King's Bay, Submarine Base, GA. which will include dry docking, hull, machinery, electrical, and piping work.

Interested parties must have or be able to obtain an Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) prior to contract award.  All bidders must have the ability to obtain an Independent third part certification of docking facility required.  100 Ton Crane barge, overall length 177', breadth max 76'-5 1/4", displacement-LT.SW 1680, Height max above water 96', draft- mean 5'
