Notice Summary Yamhill-Carlton School District is requesting bids to erect a 36x48 pole barn located next to the high school greenhouse. This is a complete build request from the ground up consisting of a 36 ft by 48 ft 6" reinforced concrete pad with twelve foot tall open side walls. Two frost free water spigots, four 110v electrical outlets and exterior grade LED lighting are required. The roofing structure will be a timber framed truss construction with 50 year metal roofing including gutters, downspouts and connection to the wastewater system located on site. The contractor awarded the bid will be responsible for obtaining and purchasing the necessary permits for construction. This will be a turn-key project.
