Project Title/Number: Design-Build (D/B) Services, Upgrade Lake Nona Endoscopy Rooms, Project 675-24-104 Description: This notice is for PHASE I proposal submission only. Phase I proposals will be evaluated to determine which offerors will submit proposals in Phase II. The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 8 has a requirement for the design and construction services to include all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and all other resources necessary for the design and construction of the project described herein and other specific tasks as further defined by this Request for Proposal (RFP). Period of Performance: 420 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
