This is a Sources Sought announcement. The James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, Tampa, Florida is performing pre-solicitation market research to determine potential business sources and set-aside possibilities for VA Project 673-308, Construct a 17,000 SF, 50-Bed, Inpatient Psychiatric Ward in accordance with project design, specifications, and VA guidelines, to be located within Building # 30, James A. Haley VA Hospital, Tampa Florida. The NAICS Code for this project is 236220. Project magnitude is between $5 million and $10 million. The performance period is 365 calendar days after issuance of a Notice to Proceed. Potential firms must demonstrate experience and knowledge of a hospital infrastructure and be a small business; or small business in one or more of the following categories: Service Disabled-Veteran Owned (SDVO), HUB Zone, 8(a), Disadvantaged (SDB), Woman-Owned (WOSB), Veteran-Owned (VOSB). Responses to this announcement are due by close of business, Feb 28th, 2006.
