DynCorp Technical Services a CSC Company (DTS) contemplates issue of an Unfunded Request For Proposal (URFP) for Construct Gatehouse -Main Gate at Vance AFB, OK as solicitation number URFP063P. Funds are not currently available for this solicitation. There shall be no legal liability on the part of the Government or DTS should funding not be provided. DTS reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date in the absence of funding. This project has Fill or Kill authority. Fill or Kill authority projects may be funded with only FY04 fallout money that may become available prior to fiscal year end or after fiscal year end but not later than 31 December 2004. Fill or Kill authority offers may be opened the day offers are due or at sometime in the future when funding has been promised but no later then 31 December 2004. All offers presented must provide for acceptance through 31 December 2004 or offers will be considered non-responsive. Should no funding be promised the offers may remain unopened.
