The work on this project is for the construction of the dikes with water control structures and critical area seeding in Neosho County, Kansas. Work will consist of constructing low dikes, installing water control structures and associated PVC pipe, seeding and shallow water excavation to restore shallow water areas. Equipment such as dozers, excavators, scrapers, backhoes, and motor graders will be used to construct the planned wetland restoration practices.
Range of Cost for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Performance time is 45 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. A site showing will be held July 12, 2004, at 9:00 a.m. at the USDA Service Center, 124 West State Street, Suite 1, Erie, Kansas.
