Project scope includes
Construction of a new VMU building to perform all work as required by drawings and specifications. The new construction project will involve architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, landscape, and structural work. At this point in the procurement process the Department of Veterans Affairs is performing market research to determine contractor socio-economic category, e.g. Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Veteran Owned Small Business, 8(a) etc. and, bonding capacity.
