AMENDMENT #1: Replace/Update DOL Wage Determination. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to award a single firm-fixed price contract to remove two five-wire fences and to construct (replace them with) two four-wire fences. New fence consists of: Barbed Wire Fence (4-wire) - 3148 rods; Barbed Wire End Panel - 39 each; Barbed Wire Stress Panel - 69 rods; 5-Post Barbed Wire Corner Panel - 41 each; Barbed Wire Gate (4-wire) - 16 each; Single Set Post - 20 each; Drainage Crossing - 20 rods; Chain Link Metal Gate - 1 each; Fence Removal - 3148 rods. The contractor is to furnish the labor, equipment, supplies and materials (except for specified Government-furnished property) to accomplish the work. The project is located near Malta Montana (Phillips County). Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. 100% payment protection is required for construction contracts awarded over $30,000. No hard copies of the solicitation will be issued.
