The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting small business HUBZone contractors for a construction project for Upgrades to Lighting, Switching, and Branch Wiring at the US Army Garrison Natick Soldier System Center, Natick, Massachusetts.
Renovate and replace all standard switches to occupancy sensors within selected building and areas. Renovate and replace all exterior lighting on poles, buildings and structures throughout the installation with energy efficient lighting fixtures. The construction contract may include the following:
Replacement of existing building mounted site lighting with high efficiency lighting and motion detectors/sensors. The design includes high efficiency LED fixtures.
Replacement of existing pole mounted site lighting with high efficiency lighting and motion detectors/sensors. The design includes high efficiency LED fixtures.
Replacement of existing interior lighting and switch control with high efficiency lighting and occupancy sensors. The design includes high efficiency fluorescent and LED fixtures.
The upgrades will be constructed in accordance with ASHRAE 90.1.
Replacement of existing non-LED exit lighting with LED exit lighting with battery backup in accordance with NFPA 101.
