This project consists of the construction of an ANA Garrison for the 4th Brigade 205th Corps of the Afghanistan National Army (ANA) in Tarin Kowt, Afghanistan. Phase 2 will include the facilities for the Brigade CSS Kandak, MP Coy, two infantry Kandaks, and one transient Kandak. The intent is to provide permanent basing standards using K-Span construction methods and standardized designs to complete the project within a 550-day period of performance (POP). Phased construction required to accommodate 2500 personnel.

The project is defined as the site adapt, materials, labor, and equipment to construct buildings, roads, utilities, and other infrastructure to accommodate workspaces and lodging needs of personnel. These facilities shall be site adapted and constructed from standard designs in accordance with current building codes, safety, and security standards and applicable to local standards. Site grading and drainage plan has been approved. All utilities shall be complete and operational prior to occupancy.

The applicable NAICS code is 236220 ($33.5M small business size standard). The solicitation will be unrestricted/full and open. The resulting contract shall be for 550 days. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000. The closing date will be contained in the solicitation and any solicitation amendments that may be issued.
