The Superior National Forest intends to issue a solicitation for office expansion of the Tofte Ranger District Office. The project includes but is not limited to the following work: 1) Constructing an office building addition; 2) Site lighting and sidewalks; and 3) Providing landscaping, seedling, fertilizing, mulching and topsoil. The estimated price range for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. THIS IS A SYNOPSIS/PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY.
