Project consists of spot reconstruction of three (3) ATV trails: Rattlesnake Bay, North Bethel, & South Bethel, DeSoto National Forest, DeSoto Ranger District, Stone County, MS. Total miles of spot reconstruction is 2.12 miles. Award will be made to one offeror. Award will be made by priority to the extent that funding is available. Contract time is 120 calendar days regardless of the amount of work awarded. This project is open to both large and small business concerns. Price range is $100,000-$250,000. Twenty percent (20%) bid bond is required to be submitted with offer. Successful offeror will be required to submit 100% Payment Bond & 100% Performance Bond within 10 days of receipt of notice of award.
