Synopsis:
This is a solicitation notice to provide Fort Hunter Liggett with exterior electrical high voltage repairs to meet current United States Department of Agriculture - Rural Utilities Service codes. The contractor shall provide, supervise, and direct all work using qualified labor. Moreover, the contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, transportation and supervision necessary to repair or replace primary & secondary utility poles at Ft Hunter Liggett, Jolon, CA 93928. All work should be done in accordance with the SOW included in the upcoming solicitation. All work performed should meet at a minimum, the applicable federal, state, local regulations and codes, to include any DOD or Army regulations that applies. The period of performance will be 60 calendar days after notice to proceed. The estimated monetary cost of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The NACIS code, SIC code and size standard for this procurement are 238210/1731, 14 Million . Pursuant to FAR 19.1407, this acquisition is set aside for competition restricted to Service Disabled Veteran Small Business. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit bids. Only one award shall be made. To be eligible for award, bidders must have a current, valid registration with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted on the FedBizOpps website. Interested companies are advised to check the website periodically for amendments.
