THIS IS A SOLICITATION for a requirements contract which will consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to construct individual wastewater disposal systems, water mainlines extensions, individual water service lines, water meter installation, system connections, and other required appurtenances in Marin, Mendocino, Lake, and Sonoma Counties, California. Contract will be for One Year Base Period and a One Year Option Period. Award will be made on the total estimated amount for the two year period. This acquisition is unrestricted pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. ALL REQUEST for a solicitation package MUST BE MADE IN WRITING, any request made by telephone will be rejected.
