Work under this contract is located in Madison County, approximately 8 miles East of Norris on Highway 84. The contractor will have 28 calander days after Notice to Proceed is issued to complete the project. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. In accordance with FAR 28.102-1, a 100% Payment Protection is required for contracts greater than $25,000, prior to issuance of Notice to Proceed. This can be submitted by Irrevocable Letter of Credit, Certificate of Deposit, or Payment Bond. This award is 100% set-aside for small business concerns.
