Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, except specified Government furnished property, to construct a graveled access road and parking surfaces, a vault toilet and improvements to a river launch. The work is located in Chaffee County, near Salida, Colorado. This requirement is open to both large and small businesses under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The Government estimate is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The period of performance is 60 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bonds will be required as follows: Bid Guarantee - 20% of the bid price, Payment and Performance bonds - 100% of the contract price.
