The procurement will result in the award of a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to REPAIR EXTERIORS PWD MISAWA, BLDG. 987, NAF MISAWA, JAPAN. The work includes repainting of exterior wall and roof with thermal insulation coating, repair work of exterior concrete wall cracks with new epoxy injection system, replacement of windows glasses with new heat-shielding glasses and related works. The Government will evaluate bids in response to this solicitation without discussions and will award a contract to the responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price and the price-related factors specified elsewhere in the solicitation.
