This includes removing and disposing of the existing wall plaster; ceiling and floor tiles; toilets; urinals; vanities and mirrors; toilet paper, soap and hand towel dispensers; the existing exhaust fan motor; the closet in the women's room; all lighting and any plumbing that is found to be deteriorated during the removal of the restroom fixtures. This project will include installing all new materials and equipment per the plans and specifications provided.
