The work performed under this project to repair/refinish floors, walls, and ceilings in four racquet ball courts requires furnishing all labor, material, and equipment necessary to: a) Chemically remove paint from all Fiberesin boards on walls and ceilings and re-paint Fiberesin boards on walls and ceilings; b) Chemically remove paint from interior surface of door(s); c) Paint interior surface of the door(s) to match the color of the wall boards, d) Remove and replace ceiling tiles to match the color of the wall boards; e) Sand and re-finish floor surface; f) Replace racquet ball court markings, and g) Remove and clean HVAC supply and return grilles. All work is located at Building 1201, specifically, Racquet Ball Courts #1, #2, #3, and #4, Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi. This acquisition is Unrestricted and all interested responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered using Performance Price Tradeoff (PPT) procedures.
