Incidental improvements to the repair includes installation of guardshacks to meet current standards, a canopy over inbound lanes and vehicle inspection area s, and increasing turning-radii to allow truck traffic improved access to Prospect Drive. Includes excavating, placing subbase material, placing roadway base, priming, placing asphaltic cement concrete, placing portland cement concrete, pavement striping, and providing shoulders.
