The National Park Service, Catoctin Mountain Park, Thurmont, MD is Soliciting proposals for all labor, equipment, supplies and material to construct, deliver and install a prefabricated modular house on a Park provided foundation and join the two sections to include roofing, siding and utilities. . This structure shall be equipped with a residential sized automatic sprinkler system and automatic fire detection system that must comply with the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Codes and Public Law, DO#50B, Occupational Safety and Health Program. The Park will install the foundation walls based on the modular house builder's requirements, and will complete all utility, water, sewer and electric connections to the underside of the house.
